Before stepping into summer and saying farewell to yet another generation of our students, the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism of Maribor (Slovenia) organised an interesting and rather creative promotion event, with a special culinary experience as an accompaniment, by nominating its “Ambassador of Hospitality 2007”. The candidates for this award were students with extraordinary achievements and international stand out who are as well active promoters of their profession. The other students of the College in kitchen and in dining room showed their know-how and creativity by preparing and serving traditional food in a modern and stylish way for the invited guests: directors from prominent enterprises within the hospitality industry and representatives of the Ministries of the Economy and of Education and Sport.
