Exactly according to plan seven competitions were organised in Kemer, each category having its own briefing meeting for intending participants and their teachers. And as always there were here and there minor problems relating to factors often outside the organisers’ control. But with the exception of the culinary arts and pastry competitions which took place at the ‘Turem’ tourism school in Kemer, all the competitions took place in their allocated time and place within the premises of the Kemer Resort Hotel, in perfectly respectable conditions. Unfortunately for reasons of timing it was not possible for your journalist to visit all the contests in order to photograph and report on these moments of intense concentration for our students.
According to several reports I am glad to say that despite the few problems already mentioned, the contests took place in an excellent atmosphere and the participants entered into the spirit of the competitions.
