I am delighted to invite you to the 23rd consecutive year of international Junior Bartenders Competition EUROCUP.
The competition will take place in Presov, SLOVAKIA from 11th to 14th November 2015. EUROCUP is widely recognised as a great event where young bartenders can share their experience and where they get opportunity to learn from great bartenders. This year there will be Jana Karkušová, current IBA World Champion in Bartending, Martin Hudák, bartender of American Bar, The Savoy Hotel London, and a competitor in IBA World Championships in Flair - Tomáš Gyén. Besides that, excellent presentation on London Dry Gin Bombay Sapphire by Rasťo Kubáň and a unique opportunity to visit Cognac Embassy in Košice are part of the programme.
EUROCUP 2015 will consist of 2 categories, CLASSIC and FLAIR.
CLASSIC category will be open to 2-membered teams, while FLAIR category will be open to individuals. You will find all the information, rules and programme for both categories in the attachment. French version will be available soon at http://www.hapresov.edu.sk/stranka/eurocup .
Dear colleagues, Eurocup is one of the biggest international events for junior bartenders, supported also by European Association of Hotel and Tourism Schools (AEHT). Last year there were 35 teams from 7 European countries participating in the competition so we believe it is a good opportunity for students to develop their knowledge and skills. We will be happy to welcome you and a team from your school in Prešov.
