Assistant Banqueting Manager
A Florida based Marriott Hotel is seeking a graduate or student interested in assisting the day-to-day operations of the Banqueting Departments. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to get a thorough understanding of how the F&B department of a prestigious US Resort is run. Your responsibilities will include Staff Scheduling, Catering of Private Events, Banquet Planning including Set Up and Break Down, F&B Service. Prior experience in the F&B Business and very good English skills are required. The compensation is $1,520 per month plus overtime at 150%. The Hotel will provide free accommodations, free meals and free uniforms.
Start: April/May 2008 for 12 months.
Assistant Reception Manager
One of Nevada’s Hilton Hotels is looking for a Student or Graduate who is interested in assisting the Assistant Reception Manager. The Position includes a rotation through various departments like Reception, PBX, Concierge, Reservations and Front Office. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to get an overall view of how a US Luxury Hotel is run. Very good communication skills are necessary. Excellent English is a must. Prior experience in the rooms division is necessary. Salary: $32,500 per year. Support with accommodations.

Assistant Chef
A Florida based Radisson Hotel, is seeking an Assistant Chef / Prep Cook for their Culinary Department. The qualified candidate will report directly to the Executive Chef and has to be able to work independently after a brief training period. Responsibilities may include Food Preparation, Grilling, Roasting, and Steaming, clean-up of Production Area. Benefits: discounted accommodations, free meals, and free uniforms, $1,700 per month plus overtime at 150%.
