Dear AEHT member schools,
To encourage Young chefs and to promote the use of the fish from Aveiro region, EFTA –Escola Profissional em Turismo de Aveiro, will hold the 5th edition of the Fish & Cooking Aveiro Festival. This international competition will be for culinary arts and restaurant students.
The competition will be held from March 20th to 23rd, 2019 in Aveiro, Portugal.

The competition is limited to 10 teams, which are selected on a ‘first come, first serve basis’. Thus, it is important that you register as soon as possible.
