Please find below the invitation, the regulations and the registration form for the 5th European Food and Wine Contest “Un piatto con l’oro bianco - A dish with white gold (salt)" held from May 3rd to 6th, 2017 at the Vocational School for Food and Wine Industry and Hospitality Services in Cervia (RA):
Participation to these competitions is limited to students attending currently the 4th year in cooking and restaurant service at a European or National Hotel and Catering School. Participation of students is completely free, except for travel and material costs.
