Dear AEHT members,

We have pleasure in inviting you to the 32nd International Competition Gastro 2012 which will be held from April 16th to 19th, 2012 in Dubrovnik (Croatia).

The contest will be organized by Tourism and Catering School Dubrovnik (AEHT code: CR12).

Nine competitions in different disciplines (6 competitions in gastronomy and 3 in tourism) are scheduled:

1. Menu preparation,
2. Menu service,
3. Flambé,
4. Salt exhibit preparation
5. Sweet exhibit preparation
6. Bar
7. Front office
8. Travel agency
9. Presentation of destination

Registration deadline for the competition is April 1st, 2012 and registration fees must be paid by April 10^th, 2012.
