We have pleasure in inviting you to the 31st International Competition Gastro 2011 which will be held from April 17th to 20th, 2011 in Supetar on the island of Brač  located 8 nautical miles from Split (Croatia). The contest will be organized by Tourism and Catering School Split (AEHT code: CR01). Nine competitions in different disciplines (6 competitions in gastronomy and 3 in tourism) are scheduled:

3. Flambé,
4. Salt exhibit preparation
5. Sweet exhibit preparation
6. Bar
7. Front office
8. Travel agency
9. Presentation of destination

Registration deadline for the competition is March 15th, 2011 and registration fees must be paid by April 1st, 2011.
