The 19th edition of the International Cooking Competition “Il piatto verde – the witches’ herbs” will be held from March 24th to 25th, 2011 in Riolo Terme (I). The event fosters on the use of herbs and encourages pupils and teachers from different countries, different social and cultural settings to exchange knowledge, experiences, working methods in this area.
