A VERY FINE EXHIBITION
One of the components of Christmas in Europe consists of the exhibition showing the respective Christmas traditions of each country or region represented at Riga. This time 23 stands had been set up and decorated in one of the School’s halls. As you would expect, there had been a briefing meeting before the decoration had begun, held in a very international atmosphere and amid a lot of joyful noise. Not unexpectedly in such circumstances, a seasoned observer very quickly spots the delegations consisting of perfectionists, those who have brought with them greater or lesser quantities of decorative objects, and also the minimalists or else those who came by minibus and were therefore able to bring a lot of luggage with them!
