This is a project of vocational training in a European dimension on the theme of Christmas festivities in the context of regional, cultural and religious but also gastronomic traditions. This annual event is organised publicly by a member school of the AEHT, every year in an other country.

Barcelona edition in 2019 was an excellent edition that was awarded the Erasmus Trophy in 2020 :

The 2016 edition has been held in San Benedetto del Tronto and hosted no less than 100 participants from 17 schools from 11 countries. Here a video on the event:

In 2013 in Marseille, 16 schools from 13 countries enjoyed the parade on December 10th leading them from the 'Old Port' through the city area 'Le Panier' back to the Town Hall, where the delegation were recieved by the deputy mayor, Mr Jacques Rocca Serra.
The delegations enjoyed their stay very much in Marseille, European Capital of Culture 2013.
