LATEST ON AEHT
You arrive in Ferrara on your own.
You leave with a team from half of Europe.
Thirteen competitions, one week, and students from hospitality and tourism schools all over the continent — most of whom have never met.
You won't compete with your classmates. You'll be put with people from other countries, working in English, and within a day you'll be reading each other without talking.
That's the part nobody expects: how fast a group of strangers becomes a team, and how good it feels when the plate goes out, the table is served or the case is defended, and all of you did it together.
That's the week. Thirteen ways in.
Which one would you enter, and which school will you be there with?
Tell us in the comments.
Ferrara, 2–7 November

👉 Meet the Presidium: the team that leads the AEHT, introduced one by one.
Kristi Tarik Vice-President.
🏀 She looks composed at AEHT meetings. At a stadium, less so.

Good food starts long before the kitchen — in the fields, farms and seas around our schools.
On World Food Day, we celebrate the local products that make each region unique. Cheese from the mountains, fish from the coast, fruit from the valleys: every member school cooks with something only its territory can give.
What's the local product your region is proudest of? Tell us in the comments.
