The ‘Azorean Pineapple Festival’ will be held from April 25^th to 29^th, 2012 in Ponta Delgada on the island of São Miguel, Azores (PT). Competitions will be organised in three categories: Cooking, Restaurant-Service and Bar.

This is a project of vocational training in a European dimension on the theme of Christmas festivities in the context of regional, cultural and religious but also gastronomic traditions. This annual event is organised publicly by a member school of the AEHT, every year in an other country.

The 20th edition of the European Christmas event will be held in Zagreb, Croatia, according to the program below:
